About IMB

IMB Business Services LLC (“IMB,” “we,” “us”) is a business support and administrative services company. IMB is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation or attorney services.

Services may include business startup support, administrative organization, website design, branding, marketing materials, SOP and operations support, business documents and custom business-support projects.

Scope of services

The exact services, deliverables, fees, deadlines and revision limits for a project are established in the applicable proposal, scope of work, invoice or signed Service Agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, content, approvals, credentials when necessary, and timely feedback. Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables before use.

Payments

Fees are due according to the applicable project terms. Accepted payment methods may include Zelle and other methods provided by IMB.

For Zelle payments, clients are responsible for using the correct payment information provided by IMB. Payment is considered received only after funds are successfully received and verified. See our Payment & Refund Policy.

Refunds, revisions and delays

Refunds, cancellation terms and revision limits are governed by the applicable written project terms and our Cancellation Policy. Client-caused delays may extend project timelines. Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees.

Website and creative work

Website, branding and design deliverables are provided according to the agreed scope. Third-party domains, hosting, fonts, stock assets, plugins, software and other services may have separate terms or fees.

Ownership of final custom deliverables is transferred as stated in the applicable Service Agreement and generally only after full payment.

Portfolio use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, IMB may display completed work in its portfolio, website or marketing materials.

Confidentiality

IMB will use reasonable care with confidential client information and will not intentionally disclose it except as permitted, necessary to provide services, or required by law.

Website content

Information on this website, including results from the Business Check-Up, is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax or financial advice. The content, design and materials on this website belong to IMB Business Services LLC unless otherwise noted and may not be copied or reused without permission.

No guarantees

IMB does not guarantee revenue, profits, customers, rankings, funding, approvals or any particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IMB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or lost-profit damages arising from use of its website or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
