No. IMB Business Services LLC provides business support, administrative, branding and operations services. We don’t provide legal, tax or financial advice. When your business needs that expertise, we’ll help you identify the right licensed professional and keep everything else organized around it.

Yes. We set up branded email addresses (like you@yourbusiness.com) on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, connect your domain and make sure it works on your phone and computer. Provider subscription fees are paid directly to the provider.

Absolutely. Our packages are a starting point. Most clients choose a combination that fits their stage and goals, and we’ll build a proposal around exactly what you need.

Yes. We offer monthly support plans for administrative tasks, website updates and operations support, so you have a dependable partner as your business grows.

Each service has a starting price, listed on our Services page. Your final price depends on your scope, and after your discovery call you’ll receive a written proposal with a clear investment. No surprises and no hidden fees.

No. State/government filing fees are separate from the IMB service fee. LLC Formation Support starts at $249 for our service, and the state’s filing fee is added on top and paid by the client. Fees vary by state, and we’ll confirm the exact amount before anything is filed.

We accept Zelle and other payment methods provided to you directly. A deposit or upfront payment may be required before work begins, and the amount and due date will be listed in your proposal or invoice. See our Payment & Refund Policy for details.

Cancellation requests just need to be sent in writing by email. Work already completed and third-party costs (like domains, hosting or printing) may still be due. Our Cancellation Policy explains how it works.

It depends on the scope. A single document set or email setup can be quick, while a full brand and website takes longer. Your proposal will include a realistic timeline with clear milestones.

Yes. Once your project is complete and paid in full, everything we create for you is yours, including your files, logins and assets, all handed over in an organized way.

Yes. We work virtually with clients wherever they are, using video calls, shared folders and simple tools that make collaboration easy.

Usually your goals, any existing materials (logos, photos, documents) and access to accounts we’ll be setting up. We’ll send a simple checklist so you know exactly what to gather.
